If your company is arranging a conference, we can take the logistics in hand leaving you free for more important matters.
Arrangements can be arranged for any foreign clients/guests to be picked up from the airport, driven to the conference centre and afterwards transported to their hotel or back to the airport. This can also be done on a ‘waiting’ basis, which may work out more favourably with your budget.
We can also collect a number of people from different locations who are attending the conference and this will be worked out to incorporate the best routes and best system to use in order to save you time and money.
